Google Terminology

Hired full-time to work on an internal CRM, my job was to give a complete refresh to the content, terminology, and categorization of terms, while supporting multiple projects across a 200-person org. I worked with design, PM’s, and other stakeholders to deliver a content style guide.

Expedia

Expedia’s flight booking flow needed a refresh, and they were also interested in adding a sustainability option. I worked closely with UXR and UXD to design a better flights flow all while giving users the option to lower their carbon footprint.

Realbotix

This robotics company needed alternative use cases for robots. My job aside from conversational design, was to brainstorm ideas. We eventually decided to turn a robot into a social media star. We took this company’s social media platform from 800 to 70k followers in 2.5 months, with my single idea.

While working on Google’s internal CRM for Google Ads sellers, I realized a lot of the terminology we used was inconsistent, undefined, and confusing within the user experience. I set out to identify and solve the issue while redefining the experience.
